Yesterday the regional stay at home order was lifted, allowing us to reopen. While we are eager to get back to work we want to make sure that we do so safely. We are going to take this week to get organized and open our doors on Monday, February 1st, 2021. Please help us reopen as smoothly and safely as possible by reading this all the way through!


Scheduling an appointment

  • Our online booking site is closed at this time so that we may give first priority to clients who had appointments that have been cancelled. There is no need to contact your beauty professional to let them know Schedulicity isn't working. We are aware. Once we have rescheduled everyone we will reactivate the online booking system.


  • Your beauty professional has a list of all of the appointments that need to be rescheduled. Please give her this week to reach out to you. It is overwhelming to get eight weeks worth of messages in just a few days, so we thank you for your patience.


  • If you absolutely must contact your beauty professional please contact them directly; their contact information is listed with their bio on the home page. When leaving a message, be sure to leave as much detail as possible: full name, contact number, type of service, and days and times that work for you (the more dates and times you give us the better!) Text and email is preferred. Please allow several days for your beauty professional to get back to you.



Health and Safety Protocol Increased

While we are permitted to see clients, the fact is that we have never worked when the COVID numbers are this high. Please let that sink in... We are returning to work with a higher case rate than when we closed in December. As the salon owner, my primary focus is to maintain the health of my team and our clients. Exposure to COVID-19 is not only a health risk, but it is also a huge hit to our business. Any exposure requires us to close out our books and remain closed, potentially for two or more weeks. In an effort to keep you and my team safe please do the following:


  • DO NOT schedule an appointment if:

  1. you have traveled in the last 14 days

  2. you have been unmasked and within 6 feet of someone outside your household for 15 minutes or more

  3. you or a member of your household has been exposed to COVID-19 in the last two weeks (even if you had a negative test)

  4. you have any flu like symptoms or a fever.


  • Be Prepared to answer a health survey. We will be asking the above questions at the door, if you answer yes to any of the questions, we will happily reschedule you. Seriously, no judgement. We know from previous exposures that a "yes" to any of these questions poses a greater risk to everyone in the salon and it just isn't worth it. So, if you know that you will have to answer yes at the door, save yourself the trip and just call to reschedule.. We can easily fill your spot and get you on the books again when it is safe for everyone.


  • Wear your mask CORRECTLY. Masks must be worn close to the face and over your nose and mouth at all times while in the salon. I'm very serious about this. If I see a nose I will remind you to pull up your mask. Please do not pull your mask away from your face while you are in the salon. If you need to take a break from your mask you are welcome to enjoy our back patio. Clients who are unable to wear masks properly will be asked to leave and come back at a later date when masking is no longer required.


  • You must have an appointment to enter the salon. Leave your kids, dogs, friends, pet rabbit, and lovers at home. I know that finding a sitter is tough and I get that your puppy can't be left alone right now, but we cannot allow any breathing being to be in the salon without an appointment. It's nothing personal; it's just the rules. If you can't come alone, please reschedule.


  • Bring a jacket or blanket. We have the windows and doors open to maintain airflow in the salon. It may be cold and drafty as a result.


For clients who are not ready for in person appointments:

We will still have color and facial kits available. Please contact your beauty pro directly to make arrangements. Once we reactivate Schedulicity, you will be able to book kit pick ups online as well. I also invested in two heat lamps in the hopes that we can continue to accommodate clients who prefer to receive services outdoors (weather and daylight permitting.)
